Session 1 August 22 - October 17  (8 weeks)

Session 2 October 18 - December 17 -closed Nov 22-25 (8 weeks)

Session 3 January 2 - March 11  (10 weeks)

Session 4 March 13 - May 20  (10 weeks)

Labor Day - September 5

Thanksgiving Break - Novemeber 22 - 26

Winter Break - December 23 - Januay 1 (closed for regular classes - OPEN for workshops, camps, and parties)

Easter Weekend - April 14 - 16

 

Enrollment: Your space is saved until the end of the Program Year (Sessions 1-4)

 

Membership Fee/Art Club: Annual $25 registration fee per family. Art Club Membership identifies you as a current student for a year. Members receive special discounts and exclusive offerings.

Cancelling Enrollment: It is your responsibility to notify the office before 2 weeks of the next Session start date if you wish to cancel enrollment. If you miss the first class of the session without payment, you will be dropped from the class and may be charged that class.

 

Discounts: Families take $10 off per student, per full session payment (use discount code FAsibs), Sorry, family discounts do not apply to pro-rated sessions. Coupon Codes are case-sensitive.

 

Tuition Due: Tuition is due at the beginning of every session. It is considered late if not received by the 3rd class and is subject to a $10 late fee. Returned checks are subject to a $10 fee.

 

Be On-Time: Classes start on-time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for the guided classes, you may not join in on that class and will need to schedule a make up class.

 

Drop-Off/Pick-Up: Students may not be dropped off earlier than 10 minutes before class time or picked up later than 10 minutes of class dismissal. For the safety of your child, no student is permitted to wait outside.

 

Inclement Weather: You will be notified of inclement weather closure via e-mail no less than 2 hrs before your scheduled class time.Classes cancelled due to inclement weather shall be made up on a scheduled make up day.

 

Make ups: Students are entitled to make up 1 missed class per session.We do not pro-rate for missed classes. Make ups are offered during the regular class schedule and must be made up within the session. Make ups must be scheduled, please no drop-ins.
